Родственники раненых бойцов СВО могут получить право на дополнительный отпуск
Родители и супруги раненых участников СВО могут получить право на неоплачиваемый отпуск продолжительностью до 35 календарных дней в году
Депутаты Государственной Думы на пленарном заседании приняли в первом чтении поправки в Трудовой кодекс РФ, в соответствии с которыми родители и супруги раненых участников СВО могут получить право на неоплачиваемый отпуск продолжительностью до 35 календарных дней в году.
В случае окончательного одобрения законопроекта работодатель обязан будет предоставить такой отпуск на срок, указанный в заявлении.
А в случае гибели участника СВО родители и вдовы (вдовцы), в соответствии с документом, смогут оформить дополнительный отпуск (без сохранения заработной платы) сроком до 14 дней независимо от того, предусмотрено это коллективным договором или нет.
В настоящее время указанные меры частично уже действуют, но распространяются не на всех участников СВО. Закон усилит социальную защиту фронтовиков и членов их семей, повысит гарантии на отпуск.
