Государственная Дума планирует 3 апреля рассмотреть во втором чтении законопроект о распространении статуса ветерана боевых действий на военнослужащих и сотрудников правоохранительных органов, участвовавших в отражении вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации, сообщил Председатель Государственной Думы Вячеслав Володин.
«Планируем на этой неделе, в четверг, рассмотреть во втором чтении законопроект о распространении статуса ветерана боевых действий на военнослужащих, участвовавших в отражении вооруженного вторжения на территорию России», — сказал Вячеслав Володин.
В первом чтении законопроект был принят 19 марта. Изменения предлагается внести в ФЗ «О ветеранах». Под действие закона, в случае его окончательного принятия, подпадут военнослужащие, в том числе уволенные в запас (отставку), лица рядового и начальствующего состава органов внутренних дел, войск национальной гвардии, Государственной противопожарной службы, учреждений и органов уголовно-исполнительной системы, органов принудительного исполнения, прокуратуры, сотрудники Следственного комитета, отражавшие вооруженное вторжение на российскую территорию и отбивавшие вооруженные провокации на границе и в районах, прилегающих к зоне СВО.
