Председатель Государственной Думы Вячеслав Володин направил в профильный Комитет по бюджету и налогам законопроект о внесении изменений в Налоговый кодекс РФ.
«Решение станет еще одной мерой поддержки участников СВО и их близких. Установление юридически значимых фактов в судебном порядке влечет затраты в виде уплаты госпошлины. Таких заявлений может быть несколько. Льгота позволит оградить семейный бюджет от дополнительных затрат», — отметил Вячеслав Володин.
Предлагаемые поправки касаются в том числе установления фактов родственных отношений, принадлежности правоустанавливающих документов лицу, признания отцовства или принятия наследства. Соответствующая льгота будет распространена и на дела о признании гражданина безвестно отсутствующим или об объявлении умершим.
Кроме того, Минобороны России в инициативном порядке, в целях социальной защищенности военнослужащих, проходящих военную службу по контракту и по призыву, принимающих участие в контртеррористической операции в Белгородской, Брянской и Курской областях подготовлен проект указа Президента Российской Федерации «О внесении изменения в Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 31 июля 2024 г. № 644».
Проектом указа предлагается распространить осуществление единовременной денежной выплаты в размере 400 тыс. рублей на военнослужащих, поступивших на военную службу контракту и заключивших контракт сроком на один год и более для выполнения задач КТО в Белгородской, Брянской и Курской областях после 9 августа 2024 г. (аналогично выплате, установленной военнослужащим – участникам СВО).
Будем надеяться, что в скором времени законопроект и проект указа будет подписан Президентом России.
