Депутаты Госдумы 28 февраля с.г. приняли в первом чтении законопроект о внесении изменений ФЗ «О федеральном бюджете на 2025 год и на плановый период 2026 и 2027 годов».
Законопроект подготовлен с учетом результатов исполнения федерального бюджета за январь-март 2025 года, а также на основе предварительных итогов социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации за 2025 год и ожидаемого исполнения федерального бюджета за 2025 год.
Изменения обусловлены в т.ч. изменением уровня инфляции, который был спрогнозирован в 2024 году на уровне 4.5 %.
На фоне сохраняющихся в настоящее время высоких темпов роста потребительских цен планируется уточнить прогноз по уровню инфляции (с 4,5% до 7,6%).
ЧТО ПОМЕНЯЕТСЯ:
Для военнослужащих (военных ипотечников) законопроектом предусматривается увеличение размера накопительного взноса на одного участника НИС до 395 370 руб напомню в настоящее время размер составляет 383 979 руб (увеличение на 11 391 руб), в 2024 году составлял 367 444 руб.
Кроме того пособия, предусмотренные ФЗ «О пособии детям военнослужащих, лиц, проходящих службу в войсках национальной гвардии Российской Федерации и имеющих специальное звание полиции, и сотрудников некоторых федеральных органов исполнительной власти и федеральных государственных органов, погибших (умерших, объявленных умершими, признанных безвестно отсутствующими) при исполнении обязанностей военной службы (служебных обязанностей), и детям лиц, умерших вследствие военной травмы после увольнения с военной службы (службы в войсках, органах и учреждениях) будут проиндексированы вместо 4.5% до 7.6%.
Второе чтение законопроекта спланировано на 10 июня 2025 года.
